We will ship artwork via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS, depending on size of package and cost of shipping. Artwork will be shipped via ground service unless arrangements are made otherwise prior to purchase. 


All Purchases may be returned for a full refund of the cost of the art and/or framing within 7-days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All returned artwork must be received in its original packaging and condition.

Shipping Charges:  

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance on any merchandise which is returned.


Artwork you receive: All artwork is packed extremely carefully and damage rarely occurs. However if you receive artwork which is damaged in shipping, please call us at 508-655-5121 so we can initiate an insurance claim. If damage occurs in shipping, please save original package and materials for possible inspection. 

Artwork you return: Any returned art or framing must be returned in it’s original packaging and condition. If we receive returned artwork which is damaged in shipping, purchase will not be refunded and it is the buyer’s responsibility to initiate an insurance claim. If artwork is returned partially damaged due to mishandling, then a partial refund may be initiated depending on the cost to repair.


Refunds will be issued will be issuedwitihin 2 business days after receipt of returned art, provided that it is in it’s original condition.
