About Thomas Stiltz

Thomas Stiltz is an American painter and photographer. He received his BA in Fine Art and his MFA in photography from the University of Delaware. He is best known for developing techniques of photographic emulsion on surfaces other than paper.

Stiltz is also known for his photography of political figures, such as Joe Biden, George Bush Sr, Ronald Reagan, John McCain, and Ted Kennedy. He has since become a full time painter with a modern realism style.
