About Robert Lui:
Born in Saigon, Vietnam, Robert Lui attended the Ecole Des Beaux Arts de Dalat from 1968-1970, where he would have his first solo exhibition held in the Chinese Cultural Center. This would mark the beginning of his art career as he would contribute to other exhibitions at the Bank of Bangkok in 1971 & at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in 1972.
His experience as an artist had lead him into a teaching career. He became an art teacher for three years at Tak Ming Middle School & eventually as an art instructor of the Winsord Artist Guide & the School of Commercial Art & Design. He now resides in the United States where he paints on a professional basis, focusing on floral still life subjects & garden scenes.
