About Ken Danby:

Ken Danby was a popular Canadian painter known for his sense of realism captured in his paintings & prints. While Danby is mostly known for capturing Canadian landscapes, he was very versatile when it came to his subject matters as a whole, with one of his more popular works being “At the Crease” which depicts a hockey goalie. His work has been displayed in the Art Institute of Chicago, the Montreal Museum of Fine Art, & the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa as well as having work sold by multiple private collectors.
