About Arnold Iger:
Arnold Iger was raised in New York were he grew up visiting museums and art galleries. Those early experiences stuck with Iger and he later decided to pursue his natural talents. He settled in San Francisco after leaving the U.S. Air Force following the Viet Nam War. At that time he attended both the Academy of Art and the Art Institute. He worked in both advertising design and illustration for a time. Iger next traveled to Paris, France to further his studies of art, learning the techniques of Stanley Hayter. Iger also traveled to Spain and North Africa before returning to San Francisco.
