About Angel Paniagua:
Born in 1967 in Madrid, Spain, Angel Paniagua is the son of Spanish Impressionist Ruiz Paniagua, who helped immerse & teach Angel from a very young age. Through an education in National School of the Arts & developing his own ideas & techniques, he would start to study along the regions other impressionist artists.
He paints in a confident & expertly crafted manner indicated by his light filled compositions & loose brushstrokes that brilliantly recreates movement & atmosphere through his works. Paniagua would go on to open his own atelier on the Spanish countryside & would train younger artists in the combination of both the French Impressionist & the Mediterranean landscape styles.
