Rendezvous (36×48 oil painting on canvas)

Pat Foster has been painting in New England for 20 years. Living in Connecticut, she paints primarily in her studio which is attached to her house. For five years she had her own gallery in Kennebunkport where her paintings were well received. She won numerous awards while participating in various art shows throughout northern New England. Pat has won “Best in Show” twice at the Portland, Maine Sidewalk Show, an event that brings 400 professional artists together. Constantly taking a fresh approach to her work, Pat varies her style considerably. Each painting has a bright, cheerful quality that can brighten any room. Foster paints traditional subject matter, however she adds a contemporary splash of color and movement to give her work an exciting, unique quality that is simply not found in most watercolors. We have done several shows with her and plan on more in the future. If you enjoy watercolors, her work cannot be missed.
