A talented artist from Quebec, Marcelle Dube has been painting full time for over 30 years. Music has long played an important role in Dube’s life and painting, having studied singing and violin throughout her life. Her paintings are inspired by the emotion she feels from the music of composers such as Wagner and Tchaikovsky. Dube also seeks to explore human destiny and evolution through her works, representing ancient civilizations through her use of shapes and color.
