About Patricia Busso :
Inspired by the randomness of nature, Patricia compositions explore the arbitrary, accidental elements in the landscape that surround us.  The artist creates vibrant oil, encaustic, and mixed media paintings. Her latest series of encaustic wax and resin paintings are finished using a torch to mold and cure her surfaces into a rich amalgam of color and texture.

About this artist

Originally a photographer, Patricia Busso began painting while on a Canadian wilderness retreat in 2001, and she hasn’t stopped since. Inspired by the randomness of nature, her compositions explore the arbitrary, accidental elements in the landscape that surround us.   She creates vibrant oil, encaustic, and mixed media paintings. Her latest series of encaustic wax and resin paintings are finished using a torch to mold and cure her surfaces into a rich amalgam of color and texture.
