Price Range: $1,000-$3,000 Peter Barnett is one of several talented New England landscape artists whose work we represent. Born and raised in Massachusetts and having studied at Amherst college, he is very familiar with the Western Massachusetts landscape. Painting primarily outdoors, Peter is able to achieve what he calls a sense of “immediacy” with respect to capturing the conditions of light and color. Indeed, his paintings evoke that sense of the beauty that is experienced when the time of day or the view is just right.
