After studying Chemistry and Drawing at Arizona State University, Sussland went on to be a creative force in Phoenix since the 2000s. Sussland's work relies on precise drawing skills, inspired by Gerhard Richter. Her recent work offers expressions through mark making and color, and proves a testament to the variations in nature and the playfulness of the human spirit.
