Frederick Kubitz Frederick (Fritz) Kubitz is a nationally known oil painter and watercolor artist known for his marine paintings as well as his cityscapes. Fred has a background in architecture which lends itself well to his subject matter. Boston is one of his favorite cities to paint as you can see here in this stunning piece of the city from the Charles River.
